INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1/2 myoga
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion in half, remove the core, slice thinly, and soak in water. Drain the water.
Slice the myoga thinly at an angle. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add beef, and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Arrange lettuce on a plate, top with beef, green onion, and myoga in order. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad.
