INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, cut the carrot into 1cm slices, and chop the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the beef until its color changes.
Add shiitake mushrooms and carrot, stir until coated with oil, then add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam and simmer covered on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chives and mix briefly.
Serve cooked rice in bowls and pour the soup mixture over the rice.
