INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 400g pork tenderloin block
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Breading
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 40g fresh breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
Toppings
- 400g grated daikon radish
- 2 myoga thinly sliced
- 4 shiso leaves julienned
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the myoga and julienne the shiso leaves.
Mix the grated daikon, myoga, and shiso leaves in a bowl.
Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork pieces with flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and cover with fresh breadcrumbs.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the pork pieces for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve the fried pork cutlets with the mixed toppings and drizzle with ponzu soy sauce.
