INGRÉDIENTS

- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can tuna

- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 chikuwa
Baking Mix
- 200g pancake mix
Liquids
- 💧 80cc water
Eggs
- 🥚 Beaten egg as needed
Flour
- 🌾 Flour for dusting as needed
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion. Mix the ☆ ingredients together. Cut slits into the chikuwa and stuff them with the ☆ mixture.
Combine the pancake mix and water until it forms a dough. Place the dough on a floured board and divide it into 4 portions.
Roll each portion into a rope about 30cm long. Wrap the dough around the stuffed chikuwa.
Brush the surface of the dough with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
