ÉTAPES
Cut chrysanthemum leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, combine yellowtail, chrysanthemum leaves, and the condiments (ponzu sauce, yuzu pepper, sesame oil). Mix well.
