- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillet
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)

Garlic Soy Sauce Marinade
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and grate the garlic.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the garlic soy sauce marinade ingredients (garlic, sake, mirin, soy sauce). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool.
Marinate the yellowtail in the cooled sauce for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm rice in bowls, top with the marinated yellowtail, shiso leaves, and sesame seeds.
