INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 🧅 60g green onion
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🥬 100g lettuce
Sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 3 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp boiled water
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and shiso leaves. Cut off the roots of the kaiware sprouts. Shred the lettuce.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the chicken breast, and boil for 2 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the heat, cover, and let it sit for 30 minutes until cooked through. Reserve 2 tbsp of the boiled water.
Remove the chicken from the pot and slice it into 1cm thick pieces by angling the knife and pulling it towards you.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, then add the chopped green onion and shiso leaves.
Arrange the lettuce and kaiware sprouts on a plate, place the sliced chicken on top, and drizzle with the sauce.
