Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🥬 4 leaves (250g) napa cabbage
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
Broth Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut napa cabbage into 3cm-wide pieces. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Add all broth ingredients (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) into a pot and heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, add napa cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, and chicken. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
