- 🌽 12 baby corns (120g)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Herb Breadcrumbs
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 2 sprigs chopped parsley
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Basil Mayo
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp basil paste
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, and grated cheese in a tray to make herb breadcrumbs.
Coat baby corns with flour, then beaten egg, and finally the herb breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a frying pan and fry the coated baby corns for 3–4 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, basil paste, and salt in a bowl to prepare basil mayo.
Serve the fried baby corns on a plate with basil mayo on the side.
