INGRÉDIENTS
Pork
- 🐖 300g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 3 slices of ginger
Sauce
- 🧅 10cm green onion (30g), minced
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
ÉTAPES
Bring a pot of water to a boil, enough to fully submerge the pork. Add pork belly and ginger slices. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour until the pork is cooked through. Drain and let it cool completely.
Trim the ends of the cucumber and peel it into thin strips using a peeler. Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, grated ginger, and cinnamon powder).
Cut the pork belly in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Arrange the slices in a circular pattern on a plate. Place the cucumber strips in the center and drizzle the sauce over the dish.
