Yuzu Marmalade
- 50g yuzu marmalade
Milk
- 🥛 20g milk
ÉTAPES
Soften butter at room temperature and mix with sugar gradually.
Add room temperature egg gradually and mix well.
Sift the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add yuzu marmalade and mix, then add milk to complete the batter.
Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
