ÉTAPES
Trim both ends of the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice into 8mm thick pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add bacon and stir-fry briefly. Add zucchini and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Add ketchup and a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir-fry to combine.
