  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water
  • Finish

    • 1 tsp chili oil

Heat sesame oil in a pot, add chicken and cook until color changes. Add ginger, shiitake mushrooms, and seasoning ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
