ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini and sausage into thick, round pieces.
Use a cookie cutter to create flower shapes in the center of the zucchini and sausage slices.
Insert the sausage flower into the zucchini slice and vice versa.
Lightly coat both sides of the assembled pieces with flour.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and fry the pieces until golden on both sides.
If the flower centers loosen, dip the pieces in beaten egg and fry again.
