ÉTAPES
Cut the zucchini into thin strips (5mm width). Slice the onion thinly and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a slanted cutting technique.
In a pot, add the onion and seasonings (salt, pepper, consomme, and water). Heat over medium heat until the onion softens.
Add the zucchini and cook for 30 seconds. Then, add the octopus and cherry tomatoes, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 minute.
