INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 1/2 red chili
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into thick strips and chop the onion, green onion, and red chili.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onion and zucchini until the zucchini is halfway cooked.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add chili powder and minced garlic, then stir to combine.
Add green onion and stir-fry for another minute.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, then remove from heat.
Fry an egg sunny-side-up and serve it on top of the zucchini mixture over rice.
