Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna in oil (70g), drained
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper

- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Cut off the ends of the zucchini and slice it diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces. Mince the onion.
Place the minced onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Mix the heated onion with drained tuna, salt, and pepper.
Sandwich the tuna mixture between two zucchini slices, coat with flour, and dip in beaten egg.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the zucchini sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
