BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) of aburaage
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 50g nira (1/2 bunch)
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
LANGKAH
Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half and slice diagonally into quarters.
Layer the aburaage, canned tuna, and nira in a microwave-safe container. Add the seasonings (soy sauce and chicken stock powder), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Mix everything evenly, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
