BAHAN-BAHAN
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block (350g) firm tofu
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Sauce
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 100 ml hot water
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Green onion, as needed
LANGKAH
Wrap tofu in paper towels, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat in a microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Let cool, then cut into 4 pieces.
Coat all sides of the tofu pieces with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
Mix mentsuyu and hot water in a container, pour over the fried tofu, and garnish with chopped green onions.
