- 🧈 200g silken tofu
- 60g alfalfa sprouts
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Trim the roots of the mizuna and cut into 3cm pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
