- 🥚 2 eggs
- 50g arugula
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise

LANGKAH
Mix eggs and seasoning ingredients (milk, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Cut arugula into bite-sized pieces and remove the root. Dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and stir until semi-cooked.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
