- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Soy Products
- 1 piece (160g) atsuage
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
LANGKAH
Cut the atsuage into bite-sized pieces and chop the green onions.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the clams, and stir-fry. Once coated in oil, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam for about 3 minutes until the clams open.
Add the atsuage and stir-fry over medium heat. Add oyster sauce to season. Mix the cornstarch and water, then add to the pan to thicken the sauce. Finally, add the green onions and stir briefly.
