Noodles
- 🍜 2 bundles dry soba noodles
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Soup Base
- 60cc concentrated noodle sauce (3x)
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 500cc water
LANGKAH
Cut kaiware sprouts into bite-sized pieces. Wash and drain clams.
Boil water in a pot and cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add clams and cook until their shells open. Skim off any foam.
Serve the soba noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over them, and top with kaiware sprouts.
