- π 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- π₯ 1 avocado
- π 1/2 lemon
Seasonings

- Enough cornstarch for coating

Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- π 1 tbsp lemon juice
- π§ 1/3 tsp salt
- π§ Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Rub in grated garlic and coat with cornstarch.
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the pit and skin. Slice the lemon thinly after removing the stem and seeds.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add avocado, lemon slices, and the sauce ingredients (sake, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
