- ๐ฅ 1 avocado
- 8 slices prosciutto (60g)
- ๐ 1/2 lemon
- ๐ 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- ๐ 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
LANGKAH
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the seed and skin, and dice into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the seeds from the lemon, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice thinly crosswise. Halve the cherry tomatoes after removing their stems.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Add the avocado, prosciutto, lemon slices, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and mix gently.
