LANGKAH
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the seed, peel the skin, and slice into thin 7mm pieces.
Place the avocado slices on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly. Microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes without covering.
Flip the avocado slices and microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and serve.
