BAHAN-BAHAN

Sauce Ingredients
- ๐ง 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ฌ A pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ๐ฐ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A small amount of wasabi
LANGKAH
Ripen the avocado by storing it with an apple to speed up the process. Check if it's ripe by gently pressing; it should feel slightly soft.
Cut the avocado by slicing around the seed, twisting it open, and removing the seed with the back of a knife. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Slice the avocado thinly and set aside.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and wasabi. Adjust the wasabi to your taste.
Fry the egg sunny-side up, leaving the yolk slightly runny to mix with the rice.
Assemble the rice bowl by placing the rice, avocado slices, fried egg, and seaweed on top. Drizzle the sauce over everything.
