LANGKAH
Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the tough ends of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into quarters.
Heat butter in a frying pan until melted, then add bamboo shoots and asparagus. Stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Add consomme powder, water, and salt. Stir to coat evenly and evaporate excess liquid. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
