BAHAN-BAHAN
Chicken
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (300g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 50g all-purpose flour
- 50g potato starch
Oil
- Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
Marinade
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
LANGKAH
Make two vertical cuts along the bone of the chicken wings and season with salt and pepper. Pat the chicken thigh dry with a paper towel, remove excess fat and sinew, cut into 4 pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken, and massage well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Add the egg to the marinated chicken and mix well. Then add the flour and potato starch, mixing thoroughly to coat the chicken.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the chicken wings, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Remove and fry the chicken thighs similarly.
Increase the oil temperature to 180°C. Fry the chicken wings for an additional 30 seconds, then remove. Repeat with the chicken thighs.
