- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 6 snow peas
Chicken Soboro
- 150g ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Egg Soboro
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
LANGKAH
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Boil water in a small pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the snow peas briefly. Cool them in water and slice diagonally.
In a pot, combine ground chicken, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring with chopsticks until the liquid is almost gone, creating chicken soboro.
Combine eggs with sake, mirin, sugar, and salt in a pot. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring with chopsticks until the eggs become crumbly, creating egg soboro.
Assemble the rice bowl by layering the cooked white rice, chicken soboro, egg soboro, and sliced snow peas. Serve and enjoy!
