- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut the roots off the bean sprouts and halve them. Julienne the carrot.
Place the bean sprouts and carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (dashi powder, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds) to the microwaved vegetables and mix well.
