BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🌱 2 handfuls bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cups anchovy kelp stock
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
LANGKAH
Clean and prepare the oyster mushrooms and bean sprouts.
Prepare a rich stock by boiling anchovies and a piece of kelp in water.
In a pot, heat vegetable oil, minced garlic, and chili powder over low heat. Stir to combine.
Add soy sauce to the mixture and stir well to create a chili oil base.
Add the oyster mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry them in the chili oil mixture.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry them together with the mushrooms.
Pour 6 cups of anchovy kelp stock into the pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then add chopped green onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
