BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, and miso. Add the bean sprouts and shiso leaves, then mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
