BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 3 slices ham
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥒 50g cucumber
- 🥕 30g carrot
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Cut cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Cut vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.
Cut ham in half and slice into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts 1 minute before finishing and drain well.
Mix the seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the boiled ingredients, ham, and cucumber, then mix well.
