BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced diagonally
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
LANGKAH
Slice the carrot diagonally into thin pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add beef and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add carrot and shimeji mushrooms, stir-fry until softened, then add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆). Mix well, cover, and simmer for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid, increase heat to high, and reduce the sauce until it thickens and coats the ingredients.
