BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g beef ribeye
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🥬 2 spinach leaves
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 5 tbsp chili oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of black pepper
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
LANGKAH
Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with soy sauce.
Slice green onion, onion, king oyster mushroom, and bell pepper into strips.
Mix the marinated beef with cornstarch.
Stir-fry the beef in chili oil until cooked, then drain excess oil.
Add green onion and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add mushrooms, onion, and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the cooked beef, chili, bell pepper, cooking wine, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry.
Add spinach, chili powder, and black pepper, and stir-fry briefly.
Warm tortillas in a pan and cut into wedges for serving.
