BAHAN-BAHAN

- π 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- π₯© 80g thinly sliced beef
- π₯ 1 egg
- π’ 100g firm tofu
- π§ 5cm green onion, thinly sliced
- π 1/3 pack (33.3g) maitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- π§ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- π§ 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- π§ 100cc water
LANGKAH
Slice the green onion thinly on a diagonal. Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, water), tofu, maitake mushrooms, and green onion. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice and top with a raw egg.
