- 200g wheat noodles (Somen)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber slice
- A pinch of dried seaweed (Kim)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cook the wheat noodles (Somen) in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, and drain.

Mix Gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
