BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Dish
- Daikon 1 (approximately 800g, peeled and sliced into rounds)
- Ground chicken 200g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Mirin 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar 1 tsp
- 💧 Water 300ml
- Potato starch 2 tsp (dissolved in water)
LANGKAH
Peel the daikon and slice it into rounds of uniform thickness.
Place the daikon and water in a pot, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 20 minutes until softened.
Add the ground chicken to a small frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water into the chicken and continue cooking while stirring.
Add the dissolved potato starch to the pan and stir until thickened, then turn off the heat.
Serve the simmered daikon on a plate and top with the minced chicken sauce.
