BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🍗 1 can chicken breast
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into thick slices, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Then press out the moisture using paper towels.
Drain the liquid from the canned chicken breast and prepare the chicken. Slice the vegetables into thick pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the tofu until golden brown.
In a pot or earthenware dish, layer onions at the bottom, followed by zucchini, and drizzle some seasoning.
Add half of the chicken breast on top, drizzle more seasoning, and repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
Top with tofu, remaining chicken breast, and sliced green onions. Pour the remaining seasoning evenly, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until reduced.
