BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🥦 1/2 head (125g) broccoli
- 1/2 packet (2g) katsuobushi
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the hanpen into 1.5 cm cubes. Place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and toast in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until browned. Flip and toast for another 5 minutes until browned.
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (mayonnaise and yuzu pepper). Add the toasted hanpen and cooked broccoli, then mix well.
Serve the mixture on a plate and top with katsuobushi.
