    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Liquid

    • 💧 100cc water
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1.5 tbsp miso

Rehydrate hijiki in plenty of water and drain. Cut broccoli into small florets. Thinly slice carrot and mince ginger.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin and miso) in a bowl.

Add broccoli and water to a frying pan, cover, and cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Simmer for 2 minutes and drain.

Wipe the pan dry, add salad oil and ginger, and heat over low heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Add carrot and hijiki, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
