- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
- 100g enoki mushrooms

- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
LANGKAH
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets and trim the root of enoki mushrooms. Cut enoki in half and separate by hand.
Place broccoli, enoki, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and wasabi. Add the microwaved vegetables and dried shirasu, then toss to combine.
