LANGKAH
Remove the tough outer skin of the broccoli stem.
Thinly slice the peeled broccoli stem into matchsticks.
Boil water with 1 tsp of salt and blanch the sliced broccoli stem for 30 seconds.
Rinse the blanched broccoli stem in cold water to stop the cooking process.
Mix the broccoli stem with 2 tbsp perilla seed powder, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp perilla oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds.
