LANGKAH
Clean the broccoli thoroughly using baking soda.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water.
Prepare the dressing by mixing soybean paste, mayonnaise, perilla powder, oligosaccharide, and minced garlic.
Mix the blanched broccoli with the prepared dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
