BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ฅฉ 200g thinly sliced beef for bulgogi
- ๐ 2.5 cups cooked rice
- ๐ฐ Adequate amount of sesame seeds
- ๐ฐ Adequate amount of black sesame seeds
Bulgogi Marinade
- ๐ง 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ง 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ๐ฌ 1 tbsp sugar
- ๐ถ 1 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ๐ฐ 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
- ๐ฟ 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- ๐ง A dash of black pepper
LANGKAH
Mix the thinly sliced beef with the bulgogi marinade ingredients and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until fully cooked.
Mix the cooked rice with a pinch of salt and a little sesame oil.
Take a small portion of rice, place some cooked bulgogi in the center, and shape it into a ball.
Roll the rice ball in a mixture of sesame seeds and black sesame seeds until evenly coated.
