BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp white dashi
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place it in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool. Slice the shiso leaves thinly.
In a bowl, mix the cabbage, shiso leaves, and the ☆ seasonings. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
