- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage (150g)
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Mix the softened cabbage, rehydrated wakame, chicken stock powder, salt, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing side dish.
