BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
LANGKAH
Wash and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix chicken stock powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ground sesame, and mayonnaise to make the dressing.
Combine the cabbage, wakame, and dressing in a large bowl and toss well.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
