BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🥒 1/3 zucchini, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🥬 1 head cabbage, boiled
Protein
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu, crumbled
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce)
- 1 tbsp perilla oil

Finely chop the zucchini and onion.

Heat 1 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan and sauté the chopped zucchini and onion.
